Raghu is an Engineer-turned Clinical Psychologist, Instructional Designer, and an International Corporate Trainer.
Armed with his unique style of simplicity, Raghu believes in connecting with common people by sharing day-to-day examples, intending to make them cherish the very purpose of their existence. His inspiring and persuasive nature encourages people to realise their inner potential leading to positive transformation. A distinction holder in Industrial Engineering from the prestigious University of Pune, and Masters in Clinical Psychology, Raghu has actively worked for over twenty-five years in the fields of Academics, core Industrial Engineering, Software Development & Management, and e-Auctions. Later, with an urge to start contributing back to the society, he chose to get into the field of training. That’s when he completed a Masters Diploma in Training from Indian Academy of Training & Development. Given this experience, and an in-depth understanding of the Corporate Training needs, he is able to tailor-make Training Modules specific to the client’s requirements. As per client needs his sessions are multi-lingual with proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi & Malayalam languages.
